Keep It Simple Coaching came about due to of a natural tendency and passion of Susan Graham to help people reach their desired potential and claim success in their life. Susan ultimately started coaching as a business after a friend told her she should be charging for her services.

Susan's passion is guiding others to excel in their business while creating the time to enjoy their life. Susan Graham, "The Sustainable Business Coach^TM," and principal and founder of Keep It Simple Coaching, has been mentoring, teaching and coaching for over 20 years. Having worked in both the corporate and government worlds, as well as owning two businesses of her own, Susan is a natural at both coaching and consulting with business leaders. She has demonstrated success in helping others to achieve their potential while creating happiness and balance in their lives by providing guidance and problem solving while helping to recognize and eliminate negative patterns.

Susan brings a unique blend of academic and real-life experience to her clients. She begins by helping them identify where they want to be in their life, their business and their financial future. Once goals are identified, results are achieved by partitioning the final dream into practical, attainable action elements. While holding the client accountable, Susan provides direction, motivation and support as the client achieves his/her goals.

Whether working for a Fortune 500 company or owning her own business, Susan has achieved major goals, including traveling through 16 countries, 10 of those while pedaling her bicycle. Susan has discovered how to help others map their future. Susan is a savvy financial and budgeting consultant who brings this expertise into all aspects of business coaching; whether it be business coaching, business consulting or life coaching in order to align your goals to current realities and aspirations.

As a resident of Fort Collins, Colorado and the Northern Colorado area, Susan is active in the coaching community. She was President for two terms and currently fills the role of Past President of the Northern Colorado Coaches Alliance (NCCA). The NCCA is a charter chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Susan Graham is Treasurer (2 terms) of the Northern Colorado Renewable Energy Society (N-CRES), a sub-chapter of the Colorado Renewable Energy Society (CRES) whose parent organization is the American Solar Energy Society (ASES). Susan was nicknamed "The Sustainable Business Coach^TM" at a networking event and it stuck. Living the sustainable life has been a part of Susan's philosophy for herself since college. Blending the sustainable philosophy with her business has only energized both Susan and her business.

After two years in business, Susan found her current business name, "Keep It Simple Coaching", which reflects her life and her coaching philosophy. It also became apparent to Susan during this time period, that many of the clients which were requesting her coaching tended to be business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and mangers. In other words, our business leaders. Due to Susan's business experience, she provides her clients with business and life coaching, and where appropriate and in her areas of expertise, she also offers business consulting services when requested by her clients.
