Everything Is Negotiable

Building, growing and running your business is a process.  Just like the water moving in a river, certain strategic actions you take will create predictable results.  In this presentation you will learn 3 of the Keys needed to be able to effectively strategize within your business, whether you are business owner, executive or manager.  This presentation is designed to help you focus and strategize in order to reach your goals for your business. This program will be fun presentation for your company or group.  We use river analogies and canoeing stories to aid participants in understanding the key points needed to excel in their business. In addition, Susan Graham intermingles DVD video with PowerPoint to bring added excitement and clarity to the participants. (No river skills are needed for this trip.)  

This fun program can be presented as a seminar or as a workshop.  The format of the program will be determined by the available time your group provides for the presentation. New Sessions starting Monthly:

Map It! Pack It! Run It!  will be offered as a 10 week course of action in Fort Collins, Colorado.  Each week a different Key to Success Concept will be covered.  Subsequently, you will focus on specific challenges facing members of the team.  These business programs are offered on a regular basis in Fort Collins, Colorado to business owners, executives and managers.  The two January programs will be offered as monthly and bi-monthly meetings respectively.  Contact us to present this business program for your employees at the location of your choosing.  Please call or email for additional information.

KIS Team Business Coaching
Meeting twice per month for six months, you will be working with like-minded individuals with various business challenges.  Each meeting will concentrate on at least three members' specific challenges that they are currently facing.  The team will give guidance to the individual team member that you are focusing on. Specific strategies on how to create an action plan will be covered.  This group business program is regularly offered in Fort Collins, Colorado.  For your convenience, this program is available to your company on your company premises (or the location of your choice) for your employees at an amenable time.   Please call or email for further information.
